When a subscriber reports a technical problem or issue about a service, you can note that down and schedule one of your technicians to fix it. The Ultimate Back Office (UBO) Billing and Management Software™ provides a way for you to create a printable service call report for every issue.
A service call report is like a job order for technicians; it lets them know about the problem and how to reach the subscriber experiencing it. It also lets the technicians describe the actions taken after the issue is fixed.
To make a report for a subscriber…
- Right-click on the subscriber on the main table, go to Subscriber Reports, then to Service Call Report.
- From the list that appears, click on the service that has the problem. You will be directed to the webpage that contains the printable service call report.
- Fill out the necessary information (some of these can be filled out only after the form is printed).
- When you’re done, click Print, and it’s good to go.
