FCC Report tool support convenient submission of needed data for FCC filing, this feature helps you generate XML files that will be uploaded into the site to populate the fields.

How to file online using the required web-based system..

Just enter your login credentials for your FCC Form 477 – Local Telephone competition and Broadband Reporting.

Choose on the drop-down menu lists the Date and State to create a new Form 477.

To start a new Form 477 submission, first use the drop-down lists to specify “Data as of” and “State”. Next, use the “Operations” option button that will appear to specify “ILEC” (Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier) or “Non-ILEC”, and then click “Create New.” Filers must report data for different states in separate submissions. Filers must report data for ILEC and non-ILEC operations in separate submissions. Then click on the Create New button.

To access the FCC report on the UBO Software…

Just click on the Generate Report icon on the toolbar, or go to Reports and click Report Center for specific reports.

Report center window will appear for the categories of report that you wanted to generate. Choose FCC on the list provided.

After choosing FCC category, you will see on the upper right, a drop-down menu for the State and a button to Generate XML.

Choose what State on the lists provided and click on the button to Generate Report for your FCC 477.

Save File

A window will appear to save or open the XML file. Save the file to the location that you wanted to save on your computer.

After saving the file, go to the FCC 477 site and voila! you are now ready to upload the generated xml information.
