Bug Fixes:

1. Invoice distribution list no longer displays another subscriber’s invoices on posting a payment for different subscribers.
2. Item with zero pricing and custom price enabled is now available in Add Item options for an invoice.
3. Zero custom pricing for paper Invoice fee can now be saved.
4. Paper invoice fee is now displayed correctly in the upcoming invoice for non-monthly subscribers.
5. Tickets data are now included in the CSV on exporting kanban view to CSV.
6. App user is now displayed correctly in the Group By totals summary on loading the Payments Received Report.
