My Visp

 Set up your automated payment to VISP and view your account history. To open this panel, go to the Menu, select General, and click on My VISP.


Setup your merchant account and configure autopay and billing automation for your subscribers.


Go to the menu, and open the CRM tab. Here you can edit your Message Templates and configure the Messaging Services for subscriber notifications.


Setup your packages and services by opening the menu and going to the Billing tab. Select Packages.


Add your Infrastructures- Sites, APs, Backhauls, and track your inventory and subscriber equipment via the IRM. Click the Equipment icon on the left-sidebar.

Service Desk

View existing tickets, schedule calendar events, and your Kanban board. Go to your left-sidebar and select Service Desk.


To open and view Reports in VISP, go to the menu and click on the General tab. Select Reports.
