Minor Improvement:

1. Top-up amount is now disabled if the Require payment on top-up purchase option is checked.
2. The limit for Company ID Number (Batch header) field in NACHA settings is now increased from 9 digits to 12 digits.

Bug Fixes:

1. Notes with < and > symbols can now be viewed without errors.
2. First-selected filter condition now reloads the Subscribers table to display filter results.
3. Payment on top-up page no longer includes the pending balance of the subscriber.
