Bug Fixes:

1. Viewing a payment posted via PaydUp merchant in UBO no longer dislays an error prompt.
2. Colons and parenthesis symbols are now accepted in Address fields under the subscriber information.
3. Inactive packages set to bill on invoice day are no longer billed if ISP is set not to invoice inactive future-billed packages.
