Bug Fixes:

1. Authorize.net card validation is now consistent on updating card number.
2. Missing Add/Edit Credit Cards option in Post payment is now displayed consistently.
3. Scrolling issue in the email template editor is now fixed.
4. Credit memo item updates are now displayed correctly.
5. Error is now fixed on checking “Detailed breakdown of bundled TS pairs” Avalara option.
6. “Leave site” prompt no longer displays if there are no changes to the page.
7. Add Package-related buttons are no longer enabled for the user if the Add package right is turned off.
8. User preferences for the column width in the invoices table under the payment distribution are now saved.
