Minor Improvement (Changelog Video)
- A new “Email parent account and skip child account during monthly invoice generation” option has been added under the “Bill all to another Subscriber” settings in the subscriber’s Billing Options. Enabling this option will send invoices to the parent account instead of the child account.
- Users are now able to see a counter/quantity for scanned items.
- Users are now able to bulk import inventory with MAC and IP Addresses. In addition, Equipment Profile row should be populated with a valid/existing profile.
- Users are now able to associate active service to a subscriber equipment
- Subscriber status before payment is posted via vPortal is now included in the Payment Received email sent to the ISP.
Bug Fixes:
- Users are now able to update to a specific tax of an item in the Items settings.
- Specific tax setting can now be set to the legacy package.
- Mailing Preference can now be viewed on click in the activated Email service of a subscriber.
- Invoice tax updates for tax-exempt subscribers are now disabled; to modify taxes, users must first remove the subscriber’s tax-exempt status.
- For invoices from a past billing month with an Avalara tax on one of its charges, users can no longer modify the charges; it’s recommended to create adjustments and add a new invoice item instead.
- South African phone validation and format is now set to (xxx) xx xxxx.
- Upcoming invoice due date calculation has been updated to be consistent with the invoice due date behavior.
- Deleted inventory item now continues to appear in the Purchase Order received items.
- The intermittent parameter error when adding, updating, or removing mac addresses in the internet device of a subscriber is now fixed.
- The Message Subscriber drawer now opens with the correct recipient email address information when opened from the Prepaid Support Event form, the subscriber contacts card, and the Message Subscriber and the Email Subscriber with Template context-menu options and no longer retains the data from the previous email attempt.
- The Message Template drawer now opens correctly when opened from the Filter’s Message button and the Ticket Type’s Ticket Resolved and Ticket Closed options.
- The contents, including the style and formatting, shown for the ticket’s description in the view mode and the edit mode are now consistent.
