Minor Improvement:

1. The “Followers” column is now available in the Service Desk column chooser and displays the email addresses of users following the ticket when enabled.

Bug Fixes:

1. ISP merge fields for state and ZIP labels for email templates now correctly reflect the corresponding address format based on the ISP’s country setting.
2. Invoice item amount is now correctly added to the parent account’s invoice for items from child accounts billed to the parent, even when the item contains a single quote (‘) symbol.
