Week 23, Video Summary (Covers May 27 to June 02, 2025)
Bug Fixes:

1. Ticket drawer no longer keeps popping up unexpectedly when opened via a ticket link.
2. Left indentation and word break formatting issues in the Additional Info section of the Ticket Summary PDF are now resolved.
3. Auto-hibernate and auto-reactivate subscriber settings are now removed on successful processing.
4. Search filter form can now be closed instead of requiring the searched filter to be saved.
5. ‘All’ filter can now be selected even when the ‘Archived’ filter is selected.
6. Converting BoM to invoice now displays an options prompt similar to converting quote to an invoice.
7. Tag-along items are no longer duplicated in the invoice generate from quote conversion.
8. When converting a quote to an invoice, the current date and the updated date are now displayed correctly.
