Minor Improvement:
- Serial field character limit for VoIP service is now increased from 14 to 20.
- Subscriber type and Package Rate columns are now available in the Calix Report.
Bug Fixes:
- Reversal dates are now accurately calculated when selecting the “Reverse unused months of the current term and bill for a new term” option during a package change, preventing incorrect debit charges from being generated.
- When adding a Percent item as a package item in the Items Manager, the Auto-Suspend checkbox is now automatically enabled since the percent item is dependent on the Main Item.
- The billed-from-child items are now listed at the top when viewing the items of a parent-account invoice in the payment distribution table and are prioritised during automatic payment distribution for auto-pay and vPortal payments made in the parent-account.
- The Mail drawer now auto-docks when accessed via the Subscriber drawer and another subscriber is selected.
- Multiple email addresses are now correctly retrieved in the To field when emailing a subscriber from the Credit Memo or Payments interface.
- Tickets now display correctly in the Service Desk when filtered by Technician.
- Subscribers are no longer unsuspended when a credit memo is posted if the “Automatically unsuspend even if the payment made online covers only the balance forward.” setting is unchecked, since this setting only applies to vPortal payments.
- Selected date for the Reschedule Suspension scheduled action is now saved correctly.
- Terrain obstruction checks are now explicitly included when determining service availability for qualified locations on checking for service in vPortal
- The out of service message is now displayed in vPortal when service is unavailable.
- Subscribers are now consistently visible on initial load of the map.
