Minor Improvement:

1. The new signup email to ISPs no longer lists all package location IDs when a subscriber signs up without a specific location ID parameter. Instead, the “Package Location ID” is now displayed if applicable.
2. The Packages That an Account Is Subscribed To report now includes a “Package ID” column, which is hidden by default.
3. Mass email sending now includes a time-based safeguard to prevent duplicate emails from being sent to the same subscriber.
