Minor Improvement:

1. Invoice ID character limit for Purchase Orders is now increased to 20 characters.
2. Purchase Price is now displayed when expanding an inventory row from equipment search results.
3. Late Fee improvements include the following:
   • The Late Fee checkbox in ISP settings now functions as a simple toggle to control whether late fees are applied to subscribers with late fees enabled.
   • Late fees are now only charged if both the ISP and the subscriber have late fees enabled, unless the late fee item is set as inactive in the Items Manager.
   • Late fee option is now disabled by default for new ISPs.
   • Late fee option is now also disabled by default for new subscribers. However, if the ISP has late fees enabled, new subscribers will inherit the default late fee settings.

Bug Fixes:

1. The Map page now properly displays the Hybrid base map instead of showing a blank screen.
2. When a package with an internet hotspot service is suspended, IP addresses not marked as static are now cleared from its devices.
3. The payment status update now always takes place before any late fee processing is performed.
