Minor Improvement: (Video)

1. Notes is now a default metadata field in IRM equipment profiles and is displayed as multi-line.

Bug Fixes:

1. The correct saved default late fee rate is now displayed after enabling the late fee option.
2. First package billing, unsuspension/reactivation billing, and billing settings change now use the correct prorating settings for their corresponding events.
3. When sending mass messages using templates, a warning prompt now appears for unsaved filter overrides.
4. Services added to a package in Package Settings are no longer removed when modifying the label, quantity, or FCC tech code.
