Bug Fixes:

1. Arrival time changes are no longer included in email notifications if the update does not involve an actual change to the arrival time (e.g., when only the assignee, summary, or details are updated).
2. Email notifications are now sent when generating a NACHA file manually, provided email addresses are configured in the NACHA email notification setting. (This was already fixed for automated generation in Aug 2025.)
