Bug Fixes:

1. Fully paying a suspended Fiber Circuit package in vPortal (Pay My Bill) now reliably reactivates the package and initiates a ZMS reconnection.
2. Validation errors for phone fields in IRM Site contacts are now resolved.
3. Mass emails/SMS sent using a template now correctly apply the template’s initial filter instead of defaulting to “no filter.”
4. Filters modified before sending a mass message are now properly recorded in the ISP logs.
5. Incorrect taxable amounts and rounding issues when adding discounts or negative charges have been fixed.
6. The ACH CSV report emailed after each auto-pay now lists subscribers with payments still processing through NACHA. These payments are marked as “Processing” and are not included in the Total.
