Minor Improvement:
- New user right “Closed Ticket” and new ticket status “Closed” are now available in the Ticket Drawer (CRM Beta).
- An Assignee is now required before resolving a ticket in CRM Beta.
- UI and functional enhancements are added to the BoM in CRM Beta.
- The Internet Package Provisioning tab now includes Typical Download Speed, Typical Upload Speed, and Latency, calculated from 30-day averages or medians in the Item Manager. These values also appear in vPortal on the Subscription Form, Usage, and Upgrade pages, supporting the automatic generation of FCC-compliant Broadband Facts.
- Office Hours, Social Media Links, and QR Code settings are now available in My Visp.
- A new “Account Breakdown by Subscriber Type” table is now added to Billing Summary in Reports Beta, showing accurate Residential and Business breakdowns for one-time and labor items.
Bug Fixes:
- The intermittent issue where the Access Controller name appeared blank for Internet devices with an existing IP address is now resolved.
- Ticket Dashboard toggle preferences in CRM Beta now persist correctly.
- Loading delays on Package > Devices for CRM Beta are now resolved.
- The issue causing an empty Ticket Drawer and Dashboard for CRM Beta on initial launch is now fixed.
- Deleted subscribers are no longer included in calculations for the Package Revenue dashboard widget.
