Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber internet service speed limits entered manually (instead of using the Auto-fill button) that match the package defaults are now treated as default settings, allowing future package speed limit updates to automatically apply to the subscriber’s internet service.
2. Auto-fill button tooltip in Subscriber Internet Speed Limits now clearly indicates that custom values are reset back to the package defaults.
3. The Add Funds button in My Visp is now consistently clickable when the amount is greater than zero.
4. Newly added resolved tickets now display the Resolved status correctly, rather than Closed.
