Bug Fixes:

1. Reversal credits are no longer incorrectly created when deleting packages with tag-along items while the “Delete Reversals” setting is disabled. Reversals now occur only when enabled.
2. Custom recurring items linked to deleted or missing package instances are now excluded from upcoming invoice generation, preventing empty invoices.
3. Upcoming Invoice totals in the Statements dropdown are now aligned with the actual Upcoming Invoice totals.
4. Current Filtered List field in Mass Email now displays the name of the selected or saved filter.
5. Option to close the template section is now available on mobile devices.
6. Mass mail template behavior is now improved in mobile view.
7. Inventory Transfer updates in IRM now function correctly.
8. IRM Drawer summary card details now feature a redesigned display.
9. IRM Drawer redesign now includes ticket creation functionality.
10. New Tickets feature now supports activation or deactivation of ticket statuses using checkboxes, drag-and-drop reordering of ticket statuses, and inline editing of ticket status names.
11. Card and table preferences in the New Tickets feature are now always saved together.
12. Application unresponsiveness when adding the “Start” column using the Column Chooser is now resolved in the New Tickets feature.
13. Logs are now available for updating and deleting notes and alerts.
14. Open ticket count badges are now shown in the IRM Location Drawer for quick visibility of pending issues.
