Partner Terms & Data Usage

MyISPScore is an ISP benchmarking and assessment program operated by HiBOS Labs, the ISP best-practices research arm of Visp.net. By participating as a partner (such as an association, trade show, or organization), you’re helping bring valuable insights to your members and attendees. All assessment data collected through the program is managed by HiBOS Labs, with participating ISPs receiving their own individual results, and partners receiving aggregated, anonymized insights that highlight industry trends, common constraints, and benchmarking summaries.

These insights are designed to support your event programming, member education, and internal planning. To protect participants’ trust, individual responses and identifiable company data are never shared, and partners agree not to attempt to identify participants or to redistribute the data outside its intended use.

As part of the program, HiBOS Labs may follow up with participating ISPs to provide deeper insights, optional reviews, or related solutions. This helps support both the research and the continued development of tools and resources for the industry.

Where applicable, materials such as landing pages or presentations may be co-branded. Both parties agree to treat non-public materials and methodologies with care and confidentiality. While every effort is made to provide meaningful insights, HiBOS Labs is not responsible for decisions made based on aggregated data.
