Minor Improvement:

1. New Independent LTE service is now available for packages, with either the IMEI or IMSI field required for activation.
2. Updating or removing an eCheck is now available in vPortal when the subscriber is not enrolled in auto-pay, and the ISP does not have Zero Touch enabled for the selected merchant processor.

Bug Fixes:

1. Payment distribution table for partially refunded payments no longer appears blank.
2. Error previously displayed when loading the Assigned CPE report with no data is now resolved.
3. “Appuser not found in ISP” error no longer occurs when an invalid technician ID is detected.
