Minor Improvement:

1. A dedicated Tickets Card has been added to the Infrastructure Drawer, featuring a count badge, scope filters, and live updates.
2. The Infrastructure Drawer Summary Card layout has been updated, with the site image repositioned to the right and the Open Tickets section removed for a cleaner view.

Bug Fixes:

1. The IRM Revamp Toggle now remains active after refreshing the page.
2. PtP equipment profile images now display consistently on the Interconnection Card.
3. The Contact card UI in the IRM Location Drawer has been improved for better readability and usability.
