Minor Improvement:

1. The “Assign Appuser” label in both the column header and the Choose Columns menu in Service Desk is now updated to “Assigned User.”
2. FEE-type invoice items now support negative amounts.

Bug Fixes:

1. When adding a non-recurring item to an invoice and switching it to recurring, the end term now calculates correctly instead of defaulting to the same date as the start term.
2. When you set a custom price for a newly added full-term package, it now displays correctly in the upcoming invoice.
3. Tax decimal formatting is now consistent between the invoice view and PDF.
4. An intermittent error that prevented saving tax settings for ISPs is now fixed.
