Minor Improvement:

1. The “Upgrade” label in vPortal has been updated to “Change,” and this change is now reflected in subscriber emails when a package change is requested.
2. Packages with a setup fee and $0 term pricing now display the setup fee instead of “FREE” in the vPortal Package Change list.

Bug Fixes:

1. Phone number is now formatted correctly in the change package email to the subscriber.
