Bug Fixes:

1. The Cancel Change Request option has been restored on the vPortal Change Package page.
2. SmartSession devices are now successfully disconnected from the network when a package is manually suspended.
3. Column headers are now included when exporting Regulatory reports to CSV.
4. Tax on invoice items can now be edited for tax‑exempt subscribers, but only if a tax is already set on the item.
