Bug Fixes:
- Ticket tabs are now displaying their components correctly.
- Bold font style is now applied to the primary user name in the Visp settings User list.
- Notification emails are now sent to the specified email address/es on package hibernation and reactivation in vPortal if the setting is enabled.
