Bug Fixes:

1. Spacing in mass email templates is now displayed correctly.
2. Adding a subscriber now creates a subscriber properly both in Visp and API.
3. If subscriber balance is 0 or below 0, default payment amount is set to 0.00.
4. Balance forward in Statement PDF is now calculated correctly.
