Bug FIxes:

1. User interface when viewing a ticket listed in the Activity tab is now consistent with the view ticket interface in the Subscriber overview.
2. Missing “Apply the invoicing suspension to inactive packages that have yet to start billing.” option is now restored in the Package Invoicing settings.
3. Calculation when saving bandwidth-based billing settings in the database is now corrected.
