Bug Fixes:

1. Inactive package Setup fee with 0 pricing is no longer generated on adding a package to an invoice.
2. Deleting a custom item on a generated invoice and selecting “Apply only to this invoice” no longer deletes the charge in the upcoming invoice.
3. Account Updater option is now displayed correctly in Merchant Account settings.
4. Custom fields with empty date values will no longer cause an error in displaying custom fields of the subscriber.
5. Balance forward condition calculation is now more accurate when generating late fees.
6. Hibernated packages are no longer invoiced even if it is the first invoice of the package.
