Todd Grannis has been at the forefront of internet innovation since 1990. Before the internet became publicly accessible, he co-founded the Public Data Network, one of the first nationwide BBS services built on the proto-Internet technology. The company’s breakthrough, “Chatlink!,” connected BBS providers worldwide into the world’s largest BBS chat network, with users in over 80 countries.

As internet technology evolved, so did Public Data Network. Recognizing the shifting landscape, the company evolved into an Internet Service Provider and introduced a groundbreaking wholesale ISP service called a “Virtual ISP” (AKA “VISP”), where ISPs could use a shared wholesale physical infrastructure. To support these providers, the team developed software for subscriber activation and billing, leading to the evolution into Visp.net by April 1996.

Under Todd’s leadership, Visp.net delivers industry-leading billing and automation solutions that simplify operations, reduce costs, and drive sustainable growth for hundreds of ISPs. Visp is committed to helping ISPs increase margins and improve the day-to-day experience of running an ISP business.

Outside his professional pursuits, Todd is an aspiring polymath with a passion for diverse disciplines, including travel, fitness, nutrition, longevity, physics, permaculture, psychology, and blockchain technology. His personal mission is to live life with love and make the world a better place for his family, friends, and community. This is reflected in everything he does.

Cameron Crum joined Visp.net as Chief Technology Officer in September 2020, bringing with him a strong track record of innovation and leadership in the ISP software space. Prior to Visp, he was the founder, architect, and lead developer at Wispmon, where he helped pioneer several industry-first technologies—including advanced mapping, line-of-sight (LOS) profiling for prospective customers, map-based monitoring, and custom provisioning systems. These innovations led to an unsolicited acquisition offer from a competitor in the billing and OSS software market.

At Visp, Cameron applies Lean principles to continuously refine development practices, optimize resource use, and accelerate the delivery of new features—all to the benefit of ISP clients. His focus on reducing waste, improving production speed, and enhancing service quality translates directly into greater satisfaction and profitability for the ISPs Visp serves.

A core value that drives Cameron’s leadership is integrity, the “I” in Visp. He is committed to honoring his word and fostering a culture of trust and accountability across teams.

Cameron earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of New Mexico and holds certification in Project Engineering. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, he enjoys a rich family life with his wife and son, frequently traveling to visit his daughter in college. Outside of work, he stays active with soccer, family adventures, and off-roading in his heavily modified ’77 International Harvester Scout.
