Improvements:

1. View Credit Card Reports user right is now checked when accessing the Customer Cards Without Tokens reports.
2. Clicking Report Center will now open one instance of the window.
3. Date Chooser is now displayed for reports under the FCC category in the Reports Center. By default, the report date is set to the current month.
