New Features:

1. Assigning and unassigning SotalCloud groups or packages to a SotalCloud service is now added to UBO.
2. Static checkbox has been added to the internet service device config.

Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber history log now reloads after updating IP Address for wireless devices.
2. Label for Wireless Service Device Description is now corrected.
3. New set of identified code exceptions encountered when using UBO are now fixed.
