Improvement:

1. Allow multiple IP addresses even without MAC Address under Internet Devices behavior is improved to allow entering of MAC Address even without IP.

Bug Fixes:

1. Invoice item details can now be updated if the previous item in the invoice item list was reversed.
2. New User Report now displays billing email correctly.
