Minor Improvement

1. eCheck option is now hidden for ISPs not located in the US.

Bug Fixes:

1. Next invoice date is now displayed correctly in the invoice item preview.
2. Auto-suspend option is now disabled for the Paper Invoice Fee invoice item.
