Bug Fixes:

1. Email with refund attachment can now be sent successfully.
2. Editing the ticket contact phone number now saves correctly so that it will display correctly in the ticket notification email.
3. Time detection for transactions is now improved for more accurate subscriber transaction list sorting.
4. Full-term invoice item should now generate correctly on adding a package.
5. Positive and negative signs are now displayed correctly in Statement PDF based on the “Display balance due as positive on PDF invoices and Account Manager statements” option.
