Minor Improvement:

1. Email field is now available in the User settings even if the user is not a technician.
2. Company is now included in the subscriber search in the Receive payment window.

Bug Fixes:

1. Users of suspended ISPs are now displayed with the suspended error message on login instead of the crash error.
2. Error is now fixed on accessing Internet Devices under a subscriber package.
