Minor Improvement:

1. Expiry Date column is now available in the Subscribers with Recurring Line Items Report.

Bug Fixes:

1. Blank option is now available for the Account dropdown for items in settings.
2. Setting a bill start date for a package that falls on the invoice day of a subscriber no longer generates the package item twice.
3. Sending of SMS template to subscribers is now optimized.
4. Several IP Management fixes are now posted.
