Bug Fixes:

1. .pdf extension is now added when downloading Purchase Order PDF.
2. Error is now fixed when moving an email template with a pipe symbol ( | ) to another folder
3. Subscriber emails that did not receive the mass email caused by unexpected errors are now indicated in the history logs and in the confirmation email sent to the ISP.
4. Number of Lines field is now displayed when selecting an Avalara Bundled TS pair greater than 20,000.
