Bug Fixes:
- Bill-To no longer generates separate child invoices for overpaid parent subscriber.
- Fix for conversion from collation error on adding a note is reverted. This will fix the formatting error in the note and email.
- Fix for conversion from collation error on adding a note is still being worked on.
