- The link data type is now available as a metadata option for equipment profiles, making equipment data with this type clickable.
Bug Fixes:
- Manual QBO sync is now working as expected.
- The ‘Add to Invoice’ option for adding equipment directly to invoices has been restored.
- Adding a signature no longer automatically resolves a ticket.
- The Message Drawer in Recent Actions Drawer now retains the last selected tab (SMS or Email) when reopened.
- The missing preview is now restored when clicking the eye icon in mass email.
- In Ticket Type Settings, users can now edit Tasks/Custom Fields/Attachments even if the requirement is unchecked.
- Primary contact information is now used in the customer profile description in Authorize.Net CIM if billing contact information is unavailable when using the Authorize.Net payment gateway initially.
- The “Add/Edit eCheck” option is now removed from the Account Number field for payment gateways using Zero-Touch.
- Phone numbers for South African ISP subscribers are now displayed in the Subscriber dock, and edits to those phone numbers can now be saved successfully.
- The subscriber’s phone number is no longer duplicated in the “To” field when sending an SMS.
