Bug Fixes:

1. Adding a new subscriber now automatically generates a customer token for ISPs using the PaydUp merchant.
2. The QBO Synced Transaction Report now refreshes the QBO token automatically as needed. Additionally, refund transaction sync details are now accurately retrieved in QBO.
