Bug Fixes:

1. Missing authentication is now added when generating NACHA files to prevent errors.
2. Deleting equipment and inventory no longer displays the deleted inventory in the Inventory tab.
3. Default site icon is now displayed properly on the Map page.
4. Missing assignee indicator in the Ticket Kanban view is now displayed.
5. Recurring option for upcoming invoice items is now displayed correctly.
6. Event names in logs now align with the code to correctly identify returned eChecks for ISPs using the PaydUp merchant.
