Minor Improvement:

1. Subscribers and Settings user rights are now available in the non-Legacy Application user rights options.
2. Assigned Name and Assigned Type are now available as columns in the Service Desk table to identify tickets created for IRM equipment.

Bug Fix:

1. Tax amount for an invoice item is now rounded up to 2 decimal points when saved and viewed in the invoice.
