Bug Fixes:

1. Users can now save the Recurring option in the upcoming invoice for a custom item that has yet to be billed.
2. The Active Custom Fields report snapshot now correctly displays Custom Fields columns.
3. RADIUS Proxy IP addresses are now updated for Smartsession.
