Bug Fixes:

1. The tag-along percent-based items now show the expected base-items when the lock-instance setting is checked (now only applies to the instances of the same percent-based item).
2. The percent rate is now applied to the Rate of the base-item if the percent-based item is a tag-along item and it’s Qty is greater than 1.
