Minor Improvement:
- A new confirmation prompt now appears when switching eCheck processing to NACHA, requiring re-entry of the Routing Number and Account Number for added security.
- The Average Revenue Per User (Date Bound) report is now available, with invoice/date filters and inclusion options. Revenue is calculated from subscriber invoices, including discounts and excluding taxes.
- The Transaction ID field has been removed when posting payments using Credit Card or eCheck methods.
- Credit Card External and eCheck External are now available payment methods; the Transaction ID field is shown when using these options.
- Upcoming invoices now reflect subscriber billing setting changes that have been set to take effect on the next expected invoice generation.
- Address fields and Due Date columns are now available in the Payment Distribution Report.
Bug Fixes:
- Service End date calculation for hotspot internet services now uses full calendar months instead of a fixed 30-day cap, and validation has been added to prevent zero values in the Access Time field.
- A latency issue when viewing details in the IRM Inventory tab has been resolved.
- Tooltip display issues in CRM Beta Calendar events have been fixed.
- Closed tickets in CRM Beta are now consistent across Calendar and Kanban views (closed tickets appear greyed out in Calendar and under Resolved in Kanban).
- An issue preventing ticket deletion in the CRM Beta Ticket Dashboard has been resolved.
- Newly created email templates no longer inherit content, filters, or CC values from the previously selected template.
- The Reports Beta Aging Report is now aligned with the legacy Aging Report’s cash-basis logic for improved accuracy.
- Recurring non-PACKAGE items set to auto-suspend are now excluded from upcoming invoices when their associated package has been deleted.
- Backdated credit memos now appear in the Cash Flow Report when “Include Credit Memo” is checked, instead of a blank page.
