Bug Fixes:

1. Phone number search handling has been updated to remove only formatting symbols, ensuring that other searches (e.g., addresses with numbers) are not affected.
2. Validation on the vPortal tab within Package settings now triggers only after user interaction, eliminating unnecessary validation messages on initial page load.
3. The Ticket.service_ticket_date_added parameter in Report Builder now uses the ticket creation timestamp instead of the updated timestamp.
