Minor Improvement:

1. The FCC 477 – Fixed Voice Subscription Report now includes all VoIP accounts for BDC reporting.
2. FEE-type items can now be added to subscriber invoices.

Bug Fixes:

1. When a refund is processed in PaydUp, the corresponding VISP account is now automatically adjusted to reflect the change.
2. Message content is now retained when switching between email and SMS in the Mass Message dock.
3. The Subscriber Statement is now automatically attached when clicking the Send Email button
