Bug Fixes:

1. When adding a subscriber, selecting a suggested address now automatically populates the coordinates (latitude and longitude), reflected by the link icon beside the coordinate fields.
2. The CAPUC Report now correctly shows default downstream and upstream speed limits in the subscriber bandwidth columns, instead of displaying 0.
