Bug Fixes:

1. Missing options button for resolved tickets is now visible again.
2. Errors when sending to Print House are now resolved in both UBO and the Visp app.
3. Recent changes for generating late fees on a specific day have been temporarily rolled back to ensure late fees are calculated correctly until a permanent fix is implemented.
4. Auto-pay errors for ISPs using the PayPal merchant are now fixed.
